Build a team with information managers to set up information management for AMC and translate business requests into integrated and innovative IT solutions to support healthcare, research and education

- Set up the profile of the information manager (new position in the organization)
- Support to hire and align a team of information managers with the right background, motivation and skills
- Apply the GROW method to coach for performance and team building; promote team work
- Focus on effective information management
- Develop universal standard solutions instead of tailor made systems and tools
